Two of them include the updating of the Utah Olympic Oval and the Delta Center, but the biggest by far is the construction of the new permanent practice facility in Sandy.

While it’s amazing how quickly those projects have already progressed in these last few months, a fan on X (formerly Twitter) — the same one that suggested the documentary idea — put forth this interesting tidbit.
I hope the new @utahhockeyclub practice facility takes a page out of the Seattle Kraken playbook because their practice arena and surrounding area is incredible. Having a hockey bar above the practice facility would be AMAZING too! #UtahHC pic.twitter.com/H3rmZq1WTB

Given the Smiths now own the entire property, it wouldn’t be a bad idea.
It would give the fans a chance to watch practice from above — at least another area to watch practice — and it gives fans more opportunities to interact with each other.
While we can’t speak for what the practice facility will ultimately look like, we can at least give suggestions.
